The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and basic amenities included. The location is excellent, close to a beautiful lake and surrounded by peaceful forests. The staff provided attentive service and the rooms, although a bit dated, had comfortable beds. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a good selection of items available until the end.

The language barrier and morning staff could use improvement.

The staff of U Sulaka was unbelievably helpful & nice! We arrived at almost 5 in the morning (instead of by 11 the last night) and they were fine with this, letting us sleep a bit longer and thus having breakfast & checking out later. The room was spacious, clean & comfy, the breakfast very good. If you want to go to Brno & don't have a car - maybe this is not the best place for you - it's quite far from the center. But if you do have a car, or just want to spend some time in a lovely place near the lake - it's perfect!

The location was perfect for attending the Super Bikes at Brno. Food was good, and a plentiful breakfast.

Was`really disappointed that there was no servicing of the room during our three nights there and no fresh towels.I Even had to request replacement toilet paper.

Far from city centre, even though the hotel is renovated there is a lot to do for comfort, if you travel around the Europe by car it's good for one-night stop but not more, only Czech tv channels

At departure we were unsatisfied with a woman at the reception. The price of the room was almost 10 % higher as expected because of the currency change. They calculate 26 CK for 1 EUR.

The hotel is close to a lake, which is a great spot for a swim or a walk around. , breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from. check-in and check-out were simple, and the staff was friendly.

The rooms were not clean, and the smell of cigarettes made it difficult to sleep. the hotel and rooms were in desperate need of renovation and seemed neglected.

Ideal for peaceful break but a fair way from the shopping malls. You have to get a taxi at least some of the way.

Everything was perfect: the big room, the bathroom new and clean, very good breakfast and, if you want, also the typical restaurant !!! The hotel is on the very nice lake within the hood and you are only 25 minutes to Brno.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, which had fantastic value for money. the location was simply amazing, with beautiful views of a nearby lake and various stunning suburbs to explore. the breakfast spread was delicious, and the hospitable staff made my stay all the more enjoyable. the room was comfortable and spacious, equipped with all the necessary amenities that made my solo trip cosy and relaxing.

I did notice a cigarette smell lingering in the room, which dampened my overall experience.

1. It was a very nive 4-persons room, perfect for our family. 2. Iforgat a jacket and they send it to me on our next adres.

The weather was very hot and there was no airco.

Nice location, good czech food in restaurant with exellent beer and helpful staff.
